Original Dsgns™ is a headwear manufacturing and design company. The purpose of this company was to start out manufacturing top quality headwear with lower than normal minimums for our clients.
After a year or so of building relationships, the company took a step back and decided to rethink the goals for the future. There was a certain level of quality most people were used to seeing and buying, but many companies could not afford to invest so much money into one project.
So, we as a company decided to take ourselves where most other companies would not go; implementing lower minimum orders, better quality material and adding designers to help the production and creative process along. Our company moto is “The Sky is the Limit”; meaning that as a company, there is no limit to what we will and can create. Original Dsgns™ has remained true to these ideals since the beginning and will continue to offer the best service to our customers for years to come.

Headwear Design and Manufacturing
Our factory is equipped with a full set of in-house imported production equipment which supports us in finishing all unique production processes inside our production plant without subcontracting.
We can implement quality control efficiently and consequently minimize production lead time as well. We are an OEM manufacturer with a strong research & development team which has developed hundreds of trendy and innovative ODM styles for customers’ reference and selection. We are capable to provide quality product along with comprehensive customer service for high end headwear customers. All of our customers needs and wants can be met, no matter how big or how small the job is.
When it comes to design, you will find there are endless possibilities customizing your own headwear. All you have to do is choose a cap style, font or design and insert your own text and colors. We have dozens of cap styles to create a hat that will work for you.
If you have your own logo, we can fully digitize your logo for embroidery. If you dont have your own logo or you have a general idea, we have top notch graphic designers that will help you create a logos that will fit your needs.
There are dozens of other applications that can be added to you custom cap - from embroidery to screen printing, liquid metal printing, flocking, patch work embroidery; the sky is the limit when it comes to what can be done to make your cap truly Original!!! We make it that easy.
